Shipping policy

Free delivery on every order. We deliver to UK addresses only.

When we send your order: We dispatch on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays by DPD next-day delivery, so everything arrives between Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

How we pack it: Every order is packed in a WoolCool insulated box. Dessert pots also travel with ice packs to keep them chilled. The wool insulation is recyclable.

When it arrives: Please put everything in the fridge (below 5°C) as soon as it arrives. Dessert pots can also be frozen.

Damaged or wrong items: Check your order on delivery. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, email me at sam@mrprempys.com straight away and I'll put it right.
