Delivery

Where do you deliver?
To UK addresses only. Delivery is free on every order.

When will my order arrive?
We dispatch on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays by DPD next-day delivery, so orders arrive between Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

How do the desserts stay cold?
Every order is packed in a WoolCool insulated box. Dessert pots also travel with ice packs. The wool insulation is recyclable.

What if something arrives damaged?
Email me at sam@mrprempys.com straight away and I'll put it right.

Storage

How long do they keep?
Keep everything in the fridge below 5°C. Dessert pots keep for 10 days refrigerated and can be frozen. Chocolate bites and truffles keep for 90 days refrigerated. The use-by date is on each sticker.

Are the jars reusable?
Yes. Our dessert pots come in glass jars you can wash and reuse.

Ingredients and allergens

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, every product. They are also certified organic by the Soil Association and made with no refined sugars.

Do they contain nuts?
Most do. Our dessert pots are made from cashews, and some products also contain hazelnuts, peanuts or pistachios. Our Coconut Bites contain no nuts in the recipe. Everything is made in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts and sesame. Allergens are listed in bold on each product page.

Ordering

Can I choose my own mix of flavours?
Yes. Order the Dessert Pot Selection Box and email sam@mrprempys.com with how many of each flavour you'd like.
